Thank you for applying to CTA Vietnam.  Please follow the steps below to join us!

Step 1: Complete application form

Download and complete the application form and visa form    ( APPLY TO CTAVN AS STUDENT )

Step 2: Prepare documents

Gather certified copies of your qualifications and other important documents:

Required supporting documents are:

• Relevant academic transcripts
• Passport photo

Step 3: Pay application fee  ( All bank charges should be borne by the remitter )

Step 4: Submit your documents

Send all forms, verified documents and receipt of application fee payment to email : cta.vietnam@gmail.com

CTA Vietnam Admissions will contact you if further information or documentation is required.

Step 5: Pay your deposit

Complete the Offer Acceptance Form and pay your deposit as per instructions on the Offer Letter. Please make sure to follow the instructions on the form exactly, as this will expedite the next steps

Step 6: Complete the Offer Acceptance Form

Send a copy of the completed Offer Acceptance Form and a receipt of payment in one email to  email cta.vietnam@gmail.com . You will receive a confirmation email from the Admissions team.

Step 7: Receive visa letter confirmation

Your visa letter will be sent to you.

The visa letter is a confirmation of enrolment. Once received, you must make an appointment to get a student visa with the Embassy/Consulate nominated in your application and you MUST collect the visa at your nominated Embassy/Consulate

Step 8: Get set!
